RETURNS and REFUNDS POLICY

STEPS TO RETURN:
Step 1:

Read and comprehend our “Returns and Refunds Policy” to see if you qualify for a return. If so, continue to step 2.

Note: We do not accept worn, washed, or items showing signs of use.
Note: We do not offer exchanges, we prefer you proceed for a refund of the return item. With the refund you may choose to reorder.
Note: We only refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

Step 2: 

Two Methods of Return

Method 1: For customers that checked out as “Guest”.

Contact us at “Contact Us” by submitting the required information used during purchase. Proceed to upload your proof of purchase to the File Attachment. Once submitted,  our customers service department will be notified to create an authorization to begin the return process. You may be phoned or emailed to provide additional information during this return process.

Warning: Do not send your return item without informing us first to create an authorization to begin the return process. By doing so, informs us we are expecting your returned item. By not doing so, may result your item being lost. We will not be held responsible for lost item.

Method 2: The easier method – For customers who created an account before or during purchase.

  1. Login into your “My Account” at www.pczlifestyle.com.
  2. Locate and click on the “Orders” tab. Your order history will appear, once clicked.
  3. Locate the order to be returned. Once located, click on the button “Request Refund“.
  4. Request Refund window will appear, enter the proper information accordingly to submit a refund request.

Step 3:

We will then notify you by either phone or by email linked to your account. Further information may be required. 
Once the return item is authorized by us. Prepare your package properly for return. Choose your method of shipping.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: You will be responsible for the arrival of the item or items returning. Purple Cloudz Lifestyle, LLC will not be held responsible for your chosen shipping company, service mistakes. It is your duty to sort it out with them.
Note: We recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Step 4: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If rejected, we will then ship your item back at our cost.

UNDERSTANDING OUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We only refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Physical or Electronic Coupons
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Example situations where full or partial refunds are not granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item past our 14 days policy.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you haven’t received a electronic coupon credit yet, first check your email again.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your electronic coupon credit yet, please contact us at “Contact Us“.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

At the moment we do not offer exchanges, we prefer you return the purchased item for a refund. With the refund you may choose to reorder.

Gifts (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a electronic coupon credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an electronic coupon credit will be emailed to you. The submitted email provided will be linked to the electronic coupon credit.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the gift giver will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
